Top Ten Tuesday – Most anticipated releases for the rest of the year

It is another week, another Top Ten Tuesday… with this week my most anticipated releases for the second half of 2020. I missed this topic during my ‘break’ in June, but still wanted to do it… so here it is. I have not included books that have already come out in July. As always, don’t forget to drop by at That Artsy Reader Girl, who does a wonderful job hosting this.

  • The Unadoptables comes out on the 23rd of July. I have received this book on Netgalley, but haven’t picked it up yet. It does start of in 1880 Amsterdam, which is enough for me to already love it.
  • Sky Pirates is coming out on the 5th of August. I mean, it is sky pirates, all I need to know…
  • Never and Forever is the fourth and last book in the Wizards of Once series, and we will finally find out who the unknown narrator is. It is coming out on the 17th of September.
  • The 22nd of September brings us Peril at Owl Park, the second Aggie Morton mystery. This is based on Agatha Christie, and I adored the first book.
  • Moving on to the frist of October with another cold read, the sequel to Frostheart is on its way. I cannot wait to read Escape from Aurora… and yes I am aware that we have only had middle grade books on this list so far.
  • Hollowpox is according to Goodreads still coming out in August, but I believe it has been pushed back Again, to October.
  • The Once and Future Witches comes out on the 13th of October, and I just love the cover of it. I have received this through Netgalley and hope to pick it up soon!
  • Yes, I have already preordered a signed edition of Rhythm of War, the fourth Stormlight Archive book, coming out on the 17th of November.
  • Another series I love, The Invisible Library, also has a book coming out. The Dark Archive is hitting the shelves on the first of December.
  • And lastly but definitely not least is the third book in The Tales of the Wendy. This book is still untitled and was originally coming out in June. It has now been pushed back to the 8th of December.

So those are some of my most anticipated upcoming releases. It is going to be a great time for middle grade and series.

What are some of your most anticipated releases?

Hoping you are doing well,
